Damn those dimples – Beating Cellulite!
Firstly, lets start with what Cellulite is
Cellulite is the body plague of modern day and is even the ‘figure’ concern of an otherwise fit and healthy person, demonstrating dimpled cellulite, pitting, bulging, and trapped fluid in between the tissues that gives this uneven effect on the surface of the skin. It is basically considered to be associated with poor elimination and the inability of the body to get rid of toxins and wastes, and fluid that is trapped between the tissues. Bad diet, alcohol, smoking, birth control pills and lack of exercise, and water aswell as stress would appear to aggravate the condition, but can also be a genetic predisposition for some people.
Cellulite is the fat deposit, found closer to the surface than the subcutaneous normal fat deposits. One of the most pressing issues for women is how to get rid of the cellulite on their body. This cellulite can be described as a dimpling pattern of fat which is found on the hips, thighs and buttocks of many women. The first thing to try is some creams, gels and lotions. Depending on their ingredients, they can often have good results. What you need to know about these techniques is that, only if you combine them you will have positive results.
